Common Goal USA is a U.S. 501c3 was founded in 2009 to deepen Common Goal's global mission across the United States and North America.

If designed with intention, soccer has the potential to be the most powerful changemaking force on Earth. Common Goal is translating that potential into everyday action, working toward a day when every young person, everywhere has a safe space to play, learn, and thrive.

Common Goal unites leaders and stakeholders from across the soccer ecosystem to collaborate toward a more deliver positive, society-wide change. Through a high quality network of direct service organizations and a portfolio of impact solutions to advance social inclusion, gender equity, and climate action, Common Goal is activating the power of soccer to dismantle inequality and build a better future for all.

Network: The Common Goal Community in North America includes 35 member organizations directly implementing programs across 22 U.S. states and 9 North American countries. Together reaching over 340,000 youth annually, member organizations are vetted across governance, safeguarding, and program design standards and renew their membership status annually.  Learn more about these organizations here.

Impact solutions:Together with experts from our community, we have developed holistic programs to train coaches and build capacity of organizations to support youth mental health, promote racial justice, promote LGBTQ+ inclusion, advance gender equality, and mobilize for climate action.
